I can't figure out how to create a room.

I tried youtube tutorials and other spaces on the internet but I ever end up figuring out how to make a room along with the tutorials. Some help would be appreciated, thank you.

You just have  to right click on any room name button for a room that you're not in. Then you'll see the New Room option. That'll create a blank room. Then add panels from the Windows menu.
