Crash on Start Up

I have no idea why this is happening and it's really infuriating. Here's the run down:

I downloaded opentoonz 1.6 after deleting it, (I'm not sure why I did, I thought it would update or something)

After downloading 1.6, whenever I try to open opentoonz, it doesn't work. It starts up, and then on the loading screen where it says, "Creating Main Window" it just suddenly stops. It stops like it crashed, but I get no message that it does, It just crashes and I have absolutely no idea why. I just wanna animate and have tried to find help but can't find it anywhere else! Help!!!!

NVM, I found that I hadn't deleted all of it since I didn't know there was some in the program files, after deleting all of it and then reinstalling it worked :)
