 hello,
I am new to opentoonz and know pretty much all the simple stuff needed to make an animation....but theres a problem: exporting. whenever I render my animation, the fps would be delayed to 3 or something when its supposed to be at 24. I've checked my output settings I've deleted and reinstalled the software, I've made sure there wasn't another update, but  I cant figure it out. I don't know if its my laptop or what but I would like to know how to fix it. This is the only software that I like to animate with and without opentoonz there isn't a way I could animate. ive attached files to this and one is the previewed, and the other is the rendered. the lip sync is where it is seen. it is a WIP and the video is in poor quality so you might not be able to tell.
I have Windows 10 on a Lenovo laptop and have Opentoonz  1.2.1 I would appreciate help, if you need more information to try to help be free respond to this or something, idk how google groups works... also is it possible to have your animation on 60fps without the audio being sped up?
     sincerity,
      me

fun fact, my machine wasn't playing well with your videos. I had to upload them to googledrive to get them to play. while those were uploading and not having seen the issue, I was going to mention leading your lip-sync because perhaps that seemed a bit off or something, or, based on what you wrote,  checking Steps in the output settings if you were experiencing a significant drop in fps BUT now that the vids are playable............that's a pretty decent delay. I don't know what that delay is. for me rendering mp4 works perfectly or rendering image sequences and working in a compositor like after effects (or blender/hitfilm/or whatever which are free) also works perfectly although will involve a few more steps.

regarding frame rate.

xsheet dropdown menu at the top of the program-> scene settings-> and enter 60 in the frame rate.

I had trouble viewing the videos too - I had to open them in Blender.

What video format did you render - avi or mp4? I haven’t had any issues with the timing of mp4 video. Increasing the step number in the output settings does really throw off a lip sync animation though. Make sure the step number is set to 1. If that’s not the problem, more information would be helpful. If you can render to multiple video formats, do they all have the delay?

Changing the frame rate does seem to change the audio, so that would likely only work if you are compositing the audio with the video later on.

interesting!!!! my audio doesn't change with the frame rate. I just messed around with rendering wav and mp3, both imported and loaded, rendered at 24 fps and 60 fps and all audio is identical. I'm on a MacBook with version 1.2.1. the version is most likely one of the nightlies from last week.
