How to draw outside the canvas?

Is there anyway drawing outside the canvas? Im currently using toonz raster level.

For Toonz Raster and Raster levels, you can't draw outside the canvas, but you can draw outside the camera by making the canvas larger than the camera.

You can resize the canvas by selecting menu option: Level -> Canvas Size...
