Hi I just downloaded it to work on a personal project and i needed practice i was wondering how i might import audio into it? i dont have the option in file > import

In addtion to loading as a level audio files can be drag/dropped into Opentoonz.

Audio is one of the various level types as are images.

To have more support than very basic audio such as limited flavors of WAV however you'll need to set up FFMPEG.

Once FFMPEG is loaded you'll have support for MP3 and other popular audio formats.

Try renaming the file to a simpler name.

Something without numbers or characters.
Something like: music.mp3

I suspect it's the special characters or numbers causing the issue.

I've just testing your audio file and it works fine.
Have you setup ffmpeg correctly in OpenToonz?

The folder that you're pointing to in OpenToonz should have 3 files in it. Does yours?

when i tried linking ffmpeg to opentoonz it wouldnt show up in the place it should its like opentoonz not connecting to my computer

I don't know what you mean by "it wouldnt show up in the place it should". You just add a folder path to where your ffmpeg is stored. If you can share a screenshot of the ffmpeg settings page in OpenToonz and the same folder in Explorer and we can probably help you.

You've not unzipped the download.

In my earlier answer I mentioned that you need to have 3 files in the folder that you reference in OpenToonz. You've only got the zip. Unzip it and copy those the 3 files to this folder.

do you know how to make diferent audios work for diferent fps?

I think that they work on whatever FPS your animation is first set it. If you change it after you've imported it, then it won't work correctly.

oh ok thank you! i js decided to make it into a 24 fps animation even tho i wanted it to be 10 fps but ty
