I think you can put the OpenToonz stuff folder in a shared folder over the network. In order to share not only the assets, but also all the project settings.

After moving the stuff folder, you have to do one of the followings:

• Open Registry Editor and set the key values under "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\OpenToonz\OpenToonz" to the new location path.
• Right click the shortcut of the OpenToonz and open Properties, add the new location path as an argument value like :    "C:\Program Files\OpenToonz\OpenToonz.exe" -TOONZROOT "path/to/the/stuff/folder"

The latter way will override the registry values only when launching from the shortcut.
