Recommendations for royalty free website for free ".wav" sounds and artwork too

Hello all,

I am new to opentoonz (using it for fun, love the software!) but i am on a budget and am looking for a website/resources where I can download for free royalty free .wav sounds (examples: like sounds of water running, city sounds, ding dong of doorbell, background effects etc etc ) that I can import into opentoonz (and also .wav files edit in audacity)

Also, do those sites have a section where i can browse royalty free photos or other elements I can import into opentoonz, again, royalty free and preferably free as i am on  a budget.

Try pixabay.com for royalty free images. I'm not sure about sound effects, but musopen.com has royalty free music.
