how do you add frames, and use short cuts

i cant figure out short cuts or how to add frames.

You have to edit your own shortcuts, by going in Customize>Configure Shortcuts

After that you search for the thing you want to change, for example the tools, and you select the tool, click the empty box at the bottom of the window and press a key

You can add frames in the Browser tab. In the Browser tab, go to the folder where you store  the frames and if it's either going to display the entire animation as one Level which means you can just right click > Load but if it displays all the frames you have to rename them first by right clicking on the first frame and choosing Rename and after that Load them like I explain earlier.
