locking viewer for VODs whilst zooming

Hi, recently I've been trying to figure out how to make it so my viewer stays stable and doesnt move whilst I record myself in OBS, I zoom in and out a lot so the footage is quite hard to follow. I was wondering if there's a way I can zoom in and out without affecting the recording. Any help would be greatly appreciated,
