How do I change DPI?

In preferences - drawing, I can see DPI but I cannot change it no matter what I do. When creating new level DPI option doesn't even exist. How do I change it?

I need it since with with 120 DPI lines are pretty chunky. Windows 10/only opentoonz installed.
