System Error: api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll

I download api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll when appear this message: "The program can nott start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing on the computer. Try reinstalling this program to correct this problem." But the system error still apears.

Yes this has been happening to me, I got a new PC for xmas and tried yo get this on my new PC and i get the same thing every time. I have been trying every other day or so but still nothing... I hope they fix it soon.

Hi, I don't know if this will help but it worked for me. I had the same error so I looked around the net and found a same problem with Adobe products. Basically, you just need to install an update for your OS. I'm using windows so you can download the update here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2999226/update-for-universal-c-runtime-in-windows. Not sure for mac users though. :(

Just choose which is compatible with your OS. 

PS: Make sure you have everything backed up before installing. Hope you have a good time learning the software like I am right now. :)
