the plugins aren't working

Hi  everyone, i've tried import the plugings dwango on the software, but isn't working.

i've done like the tutorial on the github explain, and i've made the download from the OPENCV, but it not work

This problem resurfaces from time to time.

The key issue there is the version of the OpenCV library installed.

Make sure to have a library from the same date range as the effects plugins were compiled.
