Cannot download opentoonz for windows

Hi, 

i'm downloading open toonz for windows from their official website, it gives error 'HTTP Error 403' when its 90 to 80 % downloaded

Hi Tajveez,

I'm not sure what to tell you short of 'try again later' or to check your browser settings.

You have have an option turned on that prevents downloading or perhaps where you are attempting to download to (the directory) is problematic.
