So, I made an animation from my cp, and it is a 12 fps, now I'm trying to import it to opentoonz which is I successfully imported it, but there's a problem, the problem, is that when I imported it to opentoonz it became 24 fps, and it added 2-3 frames, so when I tried to adjust the fps to 12 it has stoppy animation, and it's too time consuming if I delete it since it's too many.

Sorry, what's cp? Adjusting the frame rate to 12fps should be fine. Is the problem having to retime the frames on the cels?
On your X sheet, find the "1's" icon. Select your frames and press the 1's button which should retime everything to ones.

Please "Reply to All" instead of privately replying.
From the video you sent, it looks like each frame was duplicated to twos.
We don't know how you imported the frames into OpenToonz. Was it through an image sequence? Then it is likely that your phone's software did the duplication while exporting. Let us know.

Sorry for the long wait. OpenToonz shouldn't have a problem importing mp4 files.

You've found the issue yourself: the video is 12fps on your phone. But when you bring it onto your computer it becomes 30fps.
This has nothing to do with OpenToonz. Whatever method you're using, you'll have to look up why it's causing such an issue.

Cheers.
