Problem with Open toonz

Hello, I wanted to switch applications from Krita to Opentoonz but I encountered some problems that I can't solve/fix. The problem is I am unable to use the tools 'Control point editor tool to cutter tool and Plastic tool, every time I tried to use it the warning pop up it says "The current tool cannot be used on a Toonz level" I tried fixing it by uninstalling and installing it but nothing happened. Pls help

The popup is correct. It's telling you that you're using a Toonz Raster level and those tools can't be used on that level type. They're only available for vector levels because they're the only lines that you can manipulate independently after drawing.
