Can i use drawing tablets (like the wacom intuos art) in open toonz?
And can i use all the pressure levels my tablet has?
Or do i need to use my mouse?

Sure can.  I love the pressure sensitivity of my wacom tablet.  :)

It sounds like tablets are more stable on Windows. With OS X, tablets can be quite glitchy in OpenToonz. If you do run into issues, using hotkeys to change tools & etc. leads to less instability with tablets.

I'm considering getting a Wacom One for my new computer so I can do more hand-drawn animation and illustration work on it, the Intuos Pro just isn't doing it for me anymore in terms of feel, that and I've been using an iPad 7th generation with an Apple Pencil for a while now, and the non-laminated screen doesn't really bother me, and I assume the Apple Pencil may be the same levels of pressure sensitivity as the Wacom One Pen(4096 levels).
