Here it is: https://github.com/stefantalpalaru/GTS

I've developed it on Linux, but it should also work on other POSIX-compliant systems supported by SANE, so if you're using OS X or one of the *BSDs, please test it.

How do I download it? Sorry if it's obvious but I can't seem to figure it out. Can't wait to test!

You need to build it from source, as described in README.md. Start by cloning the git repo: "git clone https://github.com/stefantalpalaru/GTS.git".

I haven't looked into the OpenToonz port yet, but there are plenty of people working on it already: https://github.com/opentoonz/opentoonz/issues/34

I have all the lib packages you listed in the requirements and I followed the instructions in the readme file. It seemed to make without any problems, but when I run gdb --args ./gts -bv the terminal gets stuck and nothing happens. What did I miss? (I can post back with the make results if it would help)
Note: I tried to copy the text files you mentioned, but I cannot find the hidden folder /.GTS/, even when I search for it.

The gdb debugging part is only for developers. As a regular user you run it with "./gts" or "./gts -bv" for verbose output.

You can either make the ~/.GTS directory yourself, or let the program create it on its first run. The software will work even without those 2 configuration files in it, but you might want to copy/edit them as instructed for an experience similar to the one on Windows.

BTW, what OS/distro are you on?

When I type ./gts or ./gts -bv it says: "bash: ./gts: No such file or directory", when I type "args ./gts" nothing happens. I'm running Linux Mint 17.2.
