there is should be a vector level option, right? I used reset to default rooms but it still not around. i started opentoonz yesterday, there was a vector level option.

You must have accidentally hidden the Xsheet Toolbar in the timeline.

Place the mouse cursor over the Col1 name and use the right click menu option "Toggle XSheet Toolbar" to turn it back on.
