New vector fill tool is just awsome

I tried the nightly build version, and it rocks.

the vector fill is working like a charme, just close the gaps no bugs no crash no surpises.

Thanks for the feedback.  As part of the constant effort to improve Opentoonz the Devs often hear when things don't work so it's always nice to hear when things are working good too!
Most importantly it's good to hear (and see) that you are making excellent use of Opentoonz.
