Vector Lines not rendering.

Please see pre and post preview.

How do I fix this?

Please note, my vector lines are 0 mm in thickness.

Thank you in advance!

It is the 0mm thickness that is causing the lines not to render so...
What I might do would be:

- Using the Selector Tool first run a test to see what thickness you wish your lines to be.
If all of the same thickness we may need to approach this a little differently than if there is any variation desired in the line thickness.
Let's say for now that we want the thickness to be all the same and we'll choose 3mm as a value.
- Using the dropdown menu of the Selector Tool  choose an appropriate option such as 'Whole Level' so that changes we make to the thickness will propogate across all frames of the level and not just one frame.
- With a stroke/line selected enter the desired value in the Line Thickness option (3mm in our test case) and hit enter.
We should now be able to render the lines and have them appear with thickness.

In cases where the line is a variable thickness... in other words some parts zero thickness and other parts of varying values we would need to select our lines and enter the value 0 first... to zero out the line thickness... then enter the desired value.  If we just enter say... 2... that will increase the values by 2.... so zero becomes 2... 1 becomes 3... etc.    or something to that effect.   This is usually not desireable.  AND... this doesn't appear to be a problem in your case.

At any rate, test first on perhaps a single frame and then when that works as desired use a different option from the Selection Tool dropdown to grab and change stroke thickness across entire levels/scenes.

There is also an option for changing line thickness via the menu but that isn't as direct (or optionally global) as the approach described above.
