Opentoonz crashes whenever i try to play the imported audio any solution

so this occurs consistently whenever i try to add any audio and play it it crashes and i have reinstalled it but nothing changes any solutions

Check out the supported audio formats here, and in case yours is out of these specs, covert it using Audacity or other audio editing program.
