Program crash with an reason EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION

While using shapes or copy-pasting the scenes it crashes always for the same reason, Also it crashes when the app opens. I don't know how to fix this. I use Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-4010U CPU @ 1.70GHz   1.70 GHz processor. I will be grateful for your help to help me fix this problem.
