Available markup files for Microsoft

It is stated in the

that OpenTM2 can handle MS Word (EQFMSWRD) and MS PowerPoint (EQFPPT).
However, I do not have them in my markup table list. I have the latest
0.9.1 version.

Anybody can help where I can get them?

Can somebody please clarify if there is available markup file for MS
Word and MS PowerPoint? Where is it available if any?

Unfortunately the EQFMSWRD and EQFPPT can be open sourced due to
legacy reasons. That means, the community needs to start the
development of this support - either an Open Source developer or
(alternatively) be done by an experienced OpenTM2 developer for "real
dollars" (then we need a sponsor). Sorry for not having better news.
