Amir,

I don't know how to get your hands on the mkmsgf tool that the build
expects. What I did was download a binary distribution of OpenTM2 and
copied the file OTM\MSG\eqfe.msg into the MSG directory of the source
tree (which you may have to create). As long as it has a recent
timestamp, the build will skip mkmsgf.

eqfe.msg should probably be checked in for the sake of outside developers.

Hi there,

MSGMAKER is open source utility and the source can be downloaded from:
http://www.osfree.org/board/viewtopic.php?id=1&t_id=6
If you can't compile it by yourself, we could send you a version that
is already compiled. However, we actually detected a starnge behavior
in some of the OIpenTM2 messages, and we may have to think about a
"brand new solution" to create messages.

ZIPTOOL no longer required, because we now the NULLSOFT Installer
which can be found on: http://nsis.sourceforge.net/Download

Best regards ... Gerhard
