OpenTM2 v0.9.5 beta now available

Dear friends and users of OpenTM2,

We have a beta of the OpenTM2 release 0.9.5 available on our public
web site, http://www.opentm2.org/download.

Major features of this release include:

- Improved XLIFF support including the ability to leverage alternative
translations as TM proposals via “alt-trans” tags

- A new scripting engine (OpenTM2Scripter) and user interface
(OpenTM2ScripterGUI) that enables many tasks in OpenTM2 to be
automated

If you plan to or consider using OpenTM2 v0.9.5 then please download
and test it at your earliest convenience. Please help us ensure the
quality of this release. Please submit bugs, porting changes and
fixes(!) by Thursday, 07/21.
