An instance of OpenTM2 or OtmItm is already running

Hello,

I have installed OTM2 1.2.3.1 on a PC under Windows 7.

The software has been installed in my Admin Session without any problem.

When I quit the Admin Session to return to my regular session, everytime I launch OTM2, I get the following message:

"An instance of OpenTM2 or OtmItm is already running"

Do you have an idea why I get this message?

Hello Mathieu,

OpenTM2 v1.2.3.1 is an IBM-internal version of OpenTM2, and it would not be legal to work with this version of OpenTM2 outside the IBM Translation Services organization.
So IF you are working for an IBM TSC organization (e.g. in France or Canada), then please contact your coordinator in this country, and the issue needs to be reported to the OpenTM2 Problem Reporting DB. 

IF you are not working for an IBM TSC organization I must ask you to de-install this version from your PC. We are about to deploy a dedicated version of OpenTM2 v1.2.3.1 (incl. the corresponding source code)
to the OpenTM2 community, and IBM proprietary parts in OpenTM2 are removed. This version would then be the "legal" version of OpenTM2 v1.2.3.1 to be used outside the IBM TSC Organizations.

Can you tell me who provided you with this version of OpenTM2?

We actually work for an IBM TSC Organization, so I will effectively contact coordinator.
