OpenTM2 0.0.4 beta released

Dear friends and users of OpenTM2,

We have a "beta" of the OpenTM2 release 0.0.4 available on our public
web sites, http://www.opentm2.org/download. If you plan or consider to
use OpenTM2 v 0.0.4 then please download and test it at your earliest
convenience.

Please help us ensure the quality of this release. Please submit bugs,
porting changes, and fixes(!) by Wednesday, August 4, 2010.

Major features of this release:

This release adds additional markup table support and resolves the
following defects:

* #3 (MSVCR71.dll missing or not recognized)
* #4 (Cannot import or export external translation memory in TMX
format)
* #6 (EQFUQUOT.DLL is missing in the OpenTM2 package)
