OpenTM2 0.0.4 final GA released

We are pleased to announce the release of the OpenTM2 0.0.4 final GA,
which is available for immediate download as a zipped binary
executable from the OpenTM2 site:

https://sites.google.com/site/opentm2/download

Note that the added markup table support should be considered a
technology preview for this release and may be changed in future
releases.
