Interface with CMS and XLIFF

As most of you know, we are working on interfacing OpenTM2 with
GlobalSight and Joomla. As part of this we are planning on using XLIFF
as our data portability mechanism. I just found out that the XLIFF
committee has a deadline sometime in early September for requesting new
features within XLIFF, so I would ask members of this list to take a
look at the XLIFF committee’s wiki page listing requirements:

Are there any features that those with experience with OpenTM2 or
broader integration projects think we should request? Since XLIFF 2.0
will be around for a while, it makes sense to ask for features now if we
an anticipate them being needed in our work. It would be a shame if the
XLIFF committee were not able to consider something that we could have
asked for.
I also brought up the question of standardizing CMS metadata within
XLIFF and there is definite interest in the subject, so I would propose
that we work with them rather than going at some sort of metadata
namespace independently. So if anyone has experience with CMS
integration and XLIFF and is willing to share what sort of custom data
you have to pass along with the XLIFF file to ensure round-trip
portability, please let me know so I can gather that feedback.
