Callback Openthread RCP application

Hi, I am developing an application for the nrf52840dongle which acts as a radiocoprocessor for a certain host, for instance a Raspberry Pi. I've been searching for a callback for the RCP to know whether or not the otbr-agent on the Pi is active. The purpose is to change the color of an RGB LED if the otbr-agent is active or not.  Can someone give me some more information?  Thank you in advance.
