Building openthread "make -f examples/Makefile-cc2538 ...."

During the execution of my make, it con not find the ../configure 

The output:

/bin/sh: 1: /home/pi/openthread/examples/ ../configure: not found

make: *** [examples/Makefile-cc2538:274: build/cc2538/config.status] Error 127

How can i fix thiss issue ?

You need to set up your toolchain.

Did you follow the directions in examples/platforms/cc2538/README.md?
