DNS connectivity for ot-cli-mtd to ot-RCP and vice-versa

HI,
If ot-cli-mtd is connected to ot-rcp using the OT-Commissioner.
1) Is it possible to transfer data packets from ot-cli-mtd to ot-rcp using DNS?
2) After the child device is connected to RCP using Joiner, can the child communicate via DNS and vice versa instead of IP address?
Also, could you provide the documents for setting up mDNS for ot-cli-mtd?
