conference call with asterisk server

Hi,

I have configured teleconference and would like to build an application with asterisk server. Please explain some one how the bridge works, I am able to connect my asterisk extension if I put my asterisk extension as bridge identifier in the demo page. but how can other asterisk callers join this. teleconference.cfg bridge id is not used any where. please confirm how to use it properly. Thanks in adavance.
