Queries about video conferencing

Hi all,

I have some questions related to the video conferencing:

• Does a participant get automatically downgraded to an audio-only call if his network is too bad?
• Is the solution 3GPP compliant?
• Does it support H.264 SVC? If not, is there any roadmap to add its support in the near future?
  
• Is XMPP integration possible?
• What is the highest latency/packet loss that some of you have successfully seen Telepresence to work without hiccups?
