cannot connect TelePresence from public network

i use telepresence 2.1.0 version, and success build a demo from Local Area Network.but , now it is not work when i call from public network. can any body help me? thanks!!!

Can you share your parameters that you used in the web demo?

Because I can't get it working even in the local network: the browser doesn't try to connect to the socket of the Telepresence at all.
