Invitation to OpenCOBRA workshop

Hi all,

There will be a AiChe COBRA Conference this month (Oct 24-26) in San Diego CA, and as a part of it there will be an OpenCOBRA workshop to discuss issues, standards, progress and plans in constraint-based modeling. Thermodynamics could certainly be a topic at the workshop if anyone would like to attend. Please see the invitation from Ronan Fleming below.

for those of you interested in the development of open source COBRA code, the openCOBRA Workshop will be from 14:00 - 16:00 (UTC -7 hours) on Wednesday 23rd October on the UCSD campus (venue tbc). Remote participants can join virtually.
