Dear all,

I have compiled more info about our hackathon in December. I sent you an invitation in September when everything was still rougher, but now we already have a concrete task list with ideas from the community.

I would like to invite you to add your thoughts to the task list, and if possible, to contribute in at least one 3-hour-session during the week of December 11th to 15th.

We have divided the tasks into six areas:
  • Curation (new data)
  • Curation (quality control / integration)
  • Backend development
  • Website development
  • Advancing the science
  • Improving computational tools
To see what's in those areas, and which tasks are linked to them currently, you can access more info here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1VJVvaO3JBi4SvgWapwKvrB9d__wx9noD-CWKurbifA0/edit

And if you don't need more info, but want to participate straight away, here you can indicate your interest ;) https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSf2PmGFSpvatLRHO55aOcnxmfl9FKUEnBVNG6283DBK5Uon5w/viewform

And, of course, feel free to reach out to me with any questions and feedback!

I would be super happy to see some of you around. :) Thanks in advance and all the best,
   Robert

Dear all,

Just wanted to share that we already have 16 participants for the hackathon, so I bet this will take us a huge step further. :)

If you have even just one tiny time slot available next week and want to join us, please reach out! You are always welcome and able to contribute.

Best,
   Robert
