Dear people,

Thank you so much! You are so wonderful (and zealous)!

Today we hit the 50% mark, and the burn down looks great!

Let's continue this, while keeping an eye on our internal energy and motivation. I believe it's super important that you leave this re-curation phase motivated, not frustrated, and more energized than energy-depleted. If you have any concerns in this direction, you can always reach out to me, and, of course, take a break! (or say "I contributed enough", because you did!) It's more important to keep ourselves healthy and happy in the long run, than to finish something "just because".

But now, please join me in celebrating this accomplishment! I am absolutely amazed and super proud of us! It's so cool that we prove that community curation works, and that we are an open community that is able to embrace contributions from everyone. (Many database people I spoke to were rather pessimistic on these aspects...)

And finally, here are the numbers:

Thanks everyone, and take a day off from curation (at least that's my suggestion ;) and enjoy it! :) Also, why not tell some friends how cool this is, and share your joy with them. :) (that's always hard in a virtual setting...)

Best,
   Robert
