This sounds fantastic, Em!
Have lots of fun and say hi to Alex McLean (if he remembers me from his "Penelope" research time in Munich).

Hugs to all OSA people!

Hi All,

Hope life is treating you well!

I now work at Royal Holloway Media Arts department and we are looking for someone to teach P5.js to first-year BA/BSc students after Christmas for a term. The teaching would be for one day a week. Is that something any of you or your contacts might be interested in?

If so drop me a line.

Aside from that, it would be lovely to hear what you lot are up to?

Best
Tom

Heyoooo! One of my lovely colleagues at AUB, Chris is interested Tom 🥰 he's ab MA creative computing graduate from Goldsmith's and is currently doing his PhD through AUB.

I've told him to email you!

We're all good here. I'm back to work a bit in January and we're just moving along working out how to juggle three kids 😆❤️ it's lush though.

I've also gotten into winter sea dipping....and I'm running a workshop at TEI so that's cool 🙌

Would be lovely to see everyone sometime xx

RE: Chris
Brilliant - great - thanks Em - do encourage him to email sooner rather than later if you can!!

Ha ha - juggling two kids is hard enough, i'm impressed that you're managing three!!

RE: Would be lovely to see everyone sometime xx
It really would...

RE: winter sea dipping.
I love the idea, though struggle with the practice;)
Caryl is much tougher than me on that front!

We've just moved house (West Norwood) so are starting a new chapter, and getting my head round full-time academia while attempting to keep sane:)

Hi Tom! Hi OSA people :)

WOW, congrats on the new job, Tom!!! And to a new house! So, you've left Brixton after all those years? I didn't know.
And do you have a teaching position? Or research? Or both? It must be a long commute to Royal Holloway, isn't it? Sorry for all those questions questions, and really hope you're enjoying it there!

After resisting it for so many years, I've embarked on a PhD journey after all, haha.. And I'm commuting to another country for that every week. (Which sould be taking only 1h30min in each directions, but this is rarely the case with German trains nowadays..) But I have great people around me there, so it's worth it. And I will also be at TEI conference for Doctoral Consortium :)

Tom, maybe you could drop a picture of your kiddies? They must be huuuge!
And I'm daydreaming about our trip to Southend ages ago - visiting Graham and Matsuko, making our way through the mud to explore Graham's ship artwork, and having the best fish & chips afterwards :))) Would be up for it again some time!

How is everybody elde doing?
Love from Munich & Salzburg,
Anna

PS: We've got snowed in this week (a record high of 45cm!), so I'm sharing some pictures of this!
