new irc channel

Hello everyone,

I have officially set up a new IRC channel for the team. I am new to
channel admin stuff, so it's a learning process. The details on how
to connect are as follows:

server: irc.freenode.net

channel: #opensuse-georgia

Please test out the channel and let me know (either via chat or email)
how it is working for you. If you need any help connecting, be sure
