In Potlatch, a structure was listed as being the 'Fire Department - Administration'. According to an authoritative website, it is located in the municipality's City Hall. This does not seem like it would fall under the FCode 'Fire Station/EMS Station', but there doesn't seem to be another FCode it would fall under. What should be done with the point?

A fire administration building would be correctly coded as an Emergency Response or Law Enforcement Facility (74000) which we are not collecting.  Therefore this point should be deleted.

What about a structure listed in Potlatch as 'Denver Fire Department Fleet Maintenance'?

Unless it is a facility that actually contains fire and emergency response equipment and personnel it should not be labeled as a Fire Station/EMS Station.  This is a point that would likely fall under the general category described above and so can also be deleted.

Would the National Western Stockshow Complex be a 'Sports Arena/Stadium' or a 'Fair/Exhibition/Rodeo Grounds'? Or neither? Fair/Exhibition/Rodeo Grounds makes the most sense, but it is not an outdoor facility.

While we're at it, what would the Denver Coliseum be classified as? It functions as an ice arena, a stadium, a concert hall, a convention center, etc.

Is the feature located in an area with corrals, buildings for exhibition, barns, outdoor track, the kinds of things one would expect at a county fairgrounds? If this is the features called "National Western Stockshow complex, I would  call it the fair/exhibition/rodeo feature code.

Is the feature on the covered stadium on the south side of I-70?  Then I would probably call it a stadium.   Lots of things go on in this building besides the NW Stock Show.
