There are two features for the Denver Zoo. One has the correct FCode for 'Zoo'. There other has FCode 99903, which I cannot find on the all-encompassing Structures list. Do I delete the second one?

The FCode 99903 is a temporary code that represents a 'Locale'. A locale is a GNIS (GAZ) designation and does not directly translate into any of our FCodes. Check to make sure these two points don't have different GAZ_ID's. If they have the same GAZ ID you can delete the 99903 point. If they are different you should keep the point with the smaller number ID.
