Looking for Open STF architecture document

Hello all,

I have done open stf setup on ubuntu and same is working fine for me. I am able to control, debug and run appium tests on multiple devices. Its really a very nice software and I would like to say thanks to the contributors. Currently I am looking for architecture document for the same which gives me details on the system components. Its for my learning purpose. Please share it if anyone having architecture document on open stf.

Unfortunately we only provide what's available on GitHub already. You may also be able to find various presentations online, although we don't have an active list of those, and many may be in Japanese.

Other than that, depending on your location, availability and budget, it may be possible to organize training sessions at our consulting rates if needed.

Can you please guide , with the steps of configuration of STF with appium, I have gone through the steps mentioned on github in stf appium examples, but not sure how appium scripts can be invoked

Hi Bharat,

Are you done with the STF installation already? If yes you can follow the example for appium configuration available at https://github.com/email2vimalraj/appium-stf-example. This example is working for me. Let me know if you are facing any issue following this example. You need to generate the access token from the Open STF dashboard and add the same in your script.

Hi Dimpy, i am trying to setup the openstf and am stuck in the stf-provider command, when i provide the provider command i get a devices ignored message, i tried everything i found on docker but still couldn't connect. can you help me in setting this up. Thanks
