KeyError: 'devstack-dan'

So I have try, to wrote out what have host, hosts_cpu_usage and hosts_ram_usage. All of them was empty.

What can I do?

Hi Daniel,

It could be a problem with authenticating with the Nova client. Could you please try to print out the config variable? Do the os_admin_* and os_auth_url have correct values?

Cheers,
Anton

Hi,
Problem was in "devstack" and "dan". He was thinking, that this was two hosts - 'devstak' and 'daniel'  not a one.

PS I write wrong KeyError: 'devstack-dan'. That should beKeyError: 'devstack'. I had to come up with names for security reasons.

Hi Daniel,

Have you managed to successfully run all the services and vm-placement.py?

Cheers,
Anton

Hi and sorry for taking a long to reply,

The installation has only been tested on CentOS, so it may not work properly on Ubuntu. You can also run the following scripts from the project's root to start the services:

Let me know if you have problems.

Anton
