Support on running ccpe-2014 expirements

Can we get some notes on how to run the ccpe experiments found here:

I would like to run the experiments with a new algorithm and get some evaluation results, but I'm not sure what to actually run to do this.

You would also need to update neat.conf with the algorithm you would like to test. I hope this helps.
