July 31 Deadline - OpenStack Summit Speaker Submission

Hi all,

The next OpenStack Summit will be held in Hong Kong, November 5-8, 2013. If you're interested in speaking at the Summit now is your LAST chance. Only a FEW DAYS remain - the Call for Speakers closes this Wednesday, July 31 (USA time, so it’s _sometime_ on Thursday for AU).

In August the OpenStack community will have the opportunity to rate all of the speaking submissions to help determine which presentations are the best fit for our Summit. Our goal is to have the official agenda confirmed and announced by mid-September. If your session is selected you will be provided with a free code to register for a Full Access pass to the Summit. I’m also pushing the Foundation for a significant increase in the number of international speaking slots.

OpenStack is a global community that has seen significant interest and traction in Asia, and I’m excited to see the first Summit outside the US in the region. While November may seem far away, preparations for the Summit are in full swing. We're anticipating 4000 - 5000 people to attend so please take advantage of the Early Bird Registration rates and book your travel soon.
