Next User Group Meetup, tentative date for Sydney, March 20

Hi all,

We are planning the next meetup in Sydney, around March 20. For our
interstate and rural folks our awesome friends at Cisco have kindly
offered to WebEx it. (Thanks Andrew! :-)

The proposed format is to do a meetup where we can sit down and watch
technical demos (with food and drinks of course!)

I'd like to put some suggestions we've recently had out to the group
for discussion.

- tech demos - if you'd like to get up and tell everyone about
something, or better still show us some stuff, let me know asap
because we'll need to schedule things.

- following on from the last point, a schedule for the event advised
to everyone in advance.

- projector, whiteboard etc for demos, and a microphone.

- whiteboard symposium section for open discussion, for example "How
would you build a perfect OpenStack deployment"... Those who have
built OpenStack deployments could offer up their experiences, perhaps
point out improvements or workarounds etc.

- Video hookup to someone like a project tech lead in the US, it'll be
late night for them so this will have to happen early in the evening.

- doing a Sydney & Melbourne event on consecutive or near consecutive
nights to make planning and execution more efficient
