Do you need to call CRYTO_THREADID in a win32 application when you are using OpenSSL in a multi-threaded environment?
I noticed in the mttest.c example, CRYTO_THREADID wasn't called for the win32 example.  Is this callback function
automatically set in a win32 environment?
