CENTOS / RHEL.. does anyone have this working for these platforms?

I'm about to start working with this patch for my CENTOS systems.
Before I dive into it, I wanted to know if anyone had this working for
those OSes?

Sorry for the very late reply.

Internally, we have packages for RHEL2.1 through RHEL5.

While investigating building for RHEL6, I found that lpk is shipped in the RHEL openssh package in 6.1. There is an openssh-ldap subpackage which includes schema files, and some lpk-specific documentation.
