I've forward-ported OpenSSH-LPK to today's 5.4p1 release; no significant
fuzz, but regression
testing is welcomed. This patch is based on the OpenSSH-LPK 0.3.10
codebase (as included in the
FreeBSD ports tree, should be functionally identical to what's here).

Build verified on FreeBSD 8.0-p2 (i386) w/ OpenLDAP 2.4.21
